FreshMart delivers fresh groceries directly to your door across Baku. We are committed to ensuring your products arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout Baku city and surrounding areas, including Absheron. We are continuously expanding our delivery zones to serve more customers.

Delivery Hours

Monday — Saturday: 09:00 — 21:00
Sunday: 10:00 — 18:00

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery: within 2–4 hours of order confirmation.
Scheduled delivery: choose a preferred time slot during checkout.

Delivery times may vary during peak hours, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. We will notify you of any delays.

Delivery Fee

Orders over 30 AZN — FREE delivery
Orders under 30 AZN — delivery fee of 3 AZN

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Check all products upon delivery. Report any issues within 24 hours.
Perishable items (meat, dairy, frozen goods) are transported in temperature-controlled packaging.
If you need to change the delivery address or time, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
