2. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through the website 24/7.
To place an order, the Buyer must add items to the cart and complete the checkout process, providing accurate contact and delivery information.
After placing an order, the Buyer receives a confirmation email. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Store.
The Store reserves the right to cancel an order if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are listed in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes.
The Store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
Payment methods include cash on delivery and online payment via bank card.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within Baku city limits.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on order volume and traffic conditions.
The Buyer must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified address and time.

5. Product Quality and Returns

The Store guarantees the quality and freshness of all products at the time of delivery.
If a product is damaged, spoiled, or does not match the order, the Buyer must notify the Store within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, the Store will replace the product or issue a refund.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of FreshMart and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Store is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions. Product images on the website are for illustration purposes; actual products may slightly differ in appearance.

8. Changes to Terms

The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
